Stayed here one night - nice accommodations, but BOY does it get hot on the 7th floor! There's no air conditioning and even with an open window, no airflow. It was really hard to sleep. I even kept the fridge open to try and cool it down a little...
Stayed in Cowichan, and it went great. The accommodation was fine, and the staff was very helpful with a late check-in. Bus routes and food are easily accessible
Clean hotel for a relatively cheap price, close to the dining hall and the wifi is very fast, can handle streaming videos and large downloads with no problem. The walk to the bus station is about 5 minutes, and is also located close to the Trans Canada trail. Only complaint is that it is on the other side of campus from UniverCity, where the restaurants are located.
Great service, but can't ask for extra pillows for some reason
I loved staying at the SFU residences with the rugby teams; it reminded me of university so long ago The buffet food was good, and it was a great deal.
