Amazing company, people are very friendly and accommodating.
Good if you are on investor side, terrible if you are a guest. Staying at their housing was the worst time/experience of my life. The couch was dirty and itchy, frying pan was cheap and worn that eveything and anything will stick. I tried to make eggs and it will stick with cooking oil so i stopped using it and they made me pay for replacement saying its burnt. I didnt want to argue with them so ended up paying. If there's stain on the old used dirty couch they will make you replace it. I regret staying at their housing even though I didn't have much options.. I wish I just stayed at family's or friend's.

Used High Street for about 5 years for my investment properties. Extremely professional, responsive, and accountable. Had a wonderful experience dealing with them from and investor side and would highly recommend them.
Absolutely brutal!!1) Door handle broke off 1st day2) Car almost got towed in designated parking area3) No garbage bags for garbages4) Stairway Chandalier was wired incorrectly5) Clog in main shower was attended to 1 1/2 weeks after we called it in!6) No salt or pepper for cooking and cooking utensils are cheap and could probably pass as children's toys! The unit on Garden City and Westminster was pretty much brand new and my townhouse is 20 years old and didn't have as many breakdowns as this place. Not to mention the other tenants in the unit are rude and NEVER follow the rules set out by the Strata! You're better off staying in your renovated home than with these accomodations!
