I honestly can't speak to their services, as I was just in there chatting with the employees when I was walking the baby, but they are super duper friendly and the place seems clean and tidy. I would go there if I wasn't a dude, and needed the services they offer. Worth further investigation if you are looking to get your aesthetics stuff done.
Great staff from management on down the line. Very friendly helpfull , I have had pedicure to manicure excellent today. very happy with the care and attention to details. repeat customer fir sure defenate yes its a must
Amazing experience. Natasha was my hair dresser and she made the most professional job. I left extremely happy and willing to come back next month. Love it
First time I came here was a good experience; the girl who did my Brazilian was super nice. But, my second time I came for a Brazilian, the girl kept saying, "I'm one of those people that just like to get it done and over with." As she did huge chunks at a time, despite my screams of agony. She also laughed at me for screaming. Then she proceeded to tell me how she doesn't like it when people go too slow. Then she said, "Sorry if you dont like it that way, but thats what i like to do." I personally feel it's preference... if I'm screaming in agony, you should probably consider doing smaller chunks instead of telling me that's how you like to do it. Overall, I felt super frustrated and uncomfortable with how she handled things through the whole process. I found her to be a bit rude and lacking in the customer service aspect of it.
I come here on a regular basis the staff is well trained and professional. The products are nice. I always appreciate a cup of the complementary Aveda tea while waiting.
