I come here sometimes when I need massage last minute because its located pretty close from my apartment. The price itself is cheap for 60 mins massage and every time I get pretty good massages. The very first time I had Kitty and she was great! She doesnt speak much English but her techniques were amazing and I felt so much better after. They told me I can pay Groupon price at the store so Ill come back and request her again :)
I booked a pedicure here because I drive past it every day and it looks pretty decent. I looked on the website before I booked to see if they had what I wanted, mainly a little foot massage and colour on my toe nails. I get there, and first of all I got put in the corner next to the toilet when I was the only customer there and could have been in the nice big room with the t.v.. Then, the lady who was doing my pedicure eventually came over and grilled me on why I didn't want gel on my toes and I had to explain myself to her, that it wasn't my style and I didn't need it. The whole way through she seemed very offish and was clearly sick and didn't want to be there. She even dropped her utensils at one point, ripped off her gloves and walked off to the toilet.When my pedicure was finished, I asked the lady at the desk if there was supposed to be a little foot massage and she didn't know, so she called the owner. He told me that it was supposed to be more of "a touch, about 30 seconds" (his exact words). I told him I didn't even get that during my pedicure, but that it was fine and that he should probably change the wording on the website. Then, what topped this experience....they charged me $46 for a $36 pedicure. When I asked why he said it was because she took off a lot of skin from my feet!! FIRST OF ALL.....it was a NORMAL amount of skin, she barely even spent any time doing that, and secondly, even if there was more skin than usual, that's what a pedicure IS, that's what I'm paying for! In addition, NOWHERE is it advertised that you will be charged extra for those kind of things. Needless to say I did not leave a tip and left the place angry and cheated.I had high hopes for this place because it's close to my place and seemed fairly priced, however I will not be going back and will not be recommending them.
This is a great place. The owner and staff are super friendly. I suffer from back pain and every time ago they do a great job. From am intense massage to get the knots out to a relaxing massage the are great. Highly recommend this place. My wife and I love this place
Its an ok place to go but the service is terrible! The only place in Vancouver forces customers to pay $10 tip for a $50 massage. I paid 10% tip so the massagist became very angry and insulted me.
If I had the choice to give this place a no star I would, because they are pathetic... My friends and I went to this place for their combination of a 50 minute massage + 50 minute foot massage $88 because the price was pretty fair. But what if your masseuse didn't do a good job and this place forces you to tip their masseuse's like what the F? Their sign said SUGGESTED which means it gives the customer an option to either tip $10 or not.. And forgot to mention my masseuse had to put on gloves for my foot massage like what the f .. she made it look like she was disgusted with my feet?? -.- when it's her job? NEVER COMING BACK.
