I had my facial yesterday and it was awesome. It was extremely soothing, the scalp and shoulder massage was excellent, I came back home rejuvenated and relaxed, and my skin feels so smooth. I am not much of product person, but their products are oh so yummy. All in all a wonderful experience!
I was in a hurry to get a facial since I had an impromptu event the next day. I decided since I was already at the mall I'd try out their facial since they had a pretty good deal on the first one. Once I got there, the front desk wasn't very nice. I asked if they were able to extract my breakouts and if not, then I do not want to continue on with the facial. The lady did not even care to look at my skin but instead said that they were still going to charge me if I cancel. First off, I just booked an hour ago, also I was never told this on the phone. So right there, I was disappointed.To top it off, they did not use any machines and did not extract my pores like I asked. I personally felt it was a waste of money and would not recommend. Go somewhere else and get an actual good facial.
The customer service at this location is terrible. I called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone was not very professional. I then asked to make 2 appointments (me and for another individual) i asked for a time between 6-9pm for the following day. She proceeded to give me two appointment times which were 6:30 and 7:00, however she said her client had just walked in and that she would phone me back. She didnt phone me back. Today I called to confirm my appointment and the same person picked up. She told me that she called me and I did not pick up however I received NO PHONE CALL from her as I was patiently waiting all evening. She continued to argue with me and Then she tells me that the times I wanted are already booked now for other people. She had so much attitude. Its a shame that I wasnt even able to try out their services due to how terrible their customer service is; but regardless I would not recommend this location.
facial place using no machines all done by hand -I loved it!!!!I went to this skoah location as they had a good deal for a first time facial. I was running a few minutes late and was worried I would not make it, Since when I booked my appointment the same day I was told about there cancellation policy; if I did not arrive to my appointment I would be charged a fee, which is understandable. When I got there a few minutes late front desk was so nice they offered me water or tea and assured me that I would still get my full service done.I read all about skoah online first before booking the appointment which is common sense to do your research first about a place you will entrust with your face!!! I did my research and found that massage is the best type of natural stimulation for the skin which makes sense if you are looking for a more natural form of up keep for your skin. The facial lived up to my expectations, they do not use any machines which is wonderful for me seeing as that there are so many places popping in the city promoting High tech technologies that "help the skin", injections and fillers which is not my style nor is it healthy for the body - I do not wish to be zapped, plumped up or filled to look generic like some women do in this city. I wanted extractions and my pores deep cleaned, they did it by hand which I appreciated since in the past I have had extractions done that irritated my skin. It was nice to have a facial that was so personable and the massage was so lovely too. Definitely worth my money and I will go back again soon!!!
I had a facial here a few months ago and loved the experience. Very calming and relaxing-the girls are all lovely and helpful with any questions that you may have. I also phoned a few weeks ago inquiring about how to use a certain product and tinge lady I spoke to was super helpful! Would definitely come back!
