Excellent receptionists and Physiotherapist; Kevin one of the most knowledgeable Physio persons I have dealt with, and I been around many with all the sports injury I've experienced over the many decades.
Great experience and Karol was great for providing extra guidance. No pressure to come back. Very easy to complete payment and schedule follow up apts - received email invite and reminders.
I was looking for a sports physiotherapist several years ago after moving to Burnaby and found Metrotown Orthopedic & Sports. I see Kevin Tam as my regular physio (yes, I've had several reasons to visit over the 10+ years) and recommend him highly. He will explain what's going on and what to expect for recovery. However, all of the team and staff are very knowledgeable and good to work with, and they have an great facility!
I am impressed of the professionalism and support of Ben in dealing with my ankle injury. I find the comprehensive treatment combined with sports therapy approach really very effective in reducing inflammation of my ankle in a short time. Also, staffs are accomodating and friendly. Clean facility and good atmosphere brings positive outcome in the healing process of my injury.
I was referred to Kevin Tam at Metrotown Physio by my colleague a couple months ago, and after 5 sessions I am not only healed from my injury, but feeling stronger than ever. I was very impressed by the the professionalism of the reception staff, and found it very easy to book appointments through their online booking system. My appointments ran on time (I never had to wait between treatments or exercises), and their Kin Students were a great at assisting in the gym.I have tried many other disappointing clinics in the past, and would recommend them to everyone!
