I would have preferred to be trained alongside my physiotherapist for the full duration of the session since I didn't know the correct techniques.
Rmt is great but not going to come anymore as never had a good experiences with the front staffs. Never smile.
I have been going to this clinic on a weekly basis for the last 7 months. I love the location. Parking is easy and free, shops near by. The receptionist, Shawna is AMAZING. She is super effective, knowledgeable and helpful. I had quite a few massage sessions with Neil who is great at what he's doing. He always takes the time to fully understand your issues and addresses them with knowledge and care.I also had numerous physiotherapy and active rehab session with Kelvin. I feel in good hands when I work with Kelvin on getting me back to where I was and even stronger. He knows what he's doing, is funny, approachable and understanding. I feel a lot better and my symptoms are almost gone. We are working on getting stronger and Kelvin knows how to incorporate good exercises with manual therapy to get me there. The clinic is clean and all the staff that I interacted with for the past seven months have been professional and courteous. I like the convenience of direct billing. I would like to suggest that they get 8 pound weights. So, so far, so good.
Great place! Ive been going here for over 6 months and worked with many of the physiotherapists. Everyone is so friendly and they all care about your well-being.
I have been seeing Michael for over a year. He is one of the best physiotherapists that I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He is also very professional and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him!
