My mother had chronic vertigo for over two decades. We spent three years trying to find a way to alleviate it to no avail, but then we found this physiotherapy clinic. Her physiotherapist, Thomas, was extremely kind and patient, and he treated her vertigo immediately. He responded to her needs and was incredibly attentive, and he checked up on my mother and offered advice off-hours. My mother's recovery went smooth, and both of us are extremely relieved and happy. Hes helped me through my recovery process and now I can walk like my injury never happened. Thomas is very patient, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Developed an excruciating pain in my shoulder after an obstacle race and it got worse and worse each day despite weeks of rest, stretching, and massage. Once it got completely intolerable I went online and booked the first physiotherapist I could find with the earliest availability. I'm so thankful that that person was Heather Baker, who made me significantly better almost immediately after the initial appointment. The pain had been getting worse and worse every day until I saw her, and from the moment I walked out of the clinic I figure I was at least 60% better already. Heather is super nice, friendly, funny, and most importantly, very knowledgable and helpful. I owe my complete recovery to her!
This is my very first physio visit so I was a bit nervous going in. When I walked in, the receptionist was so friendly and greeted me with a smile. Naam helped me with the initial treatment. She was professional, friendly and really knowledgeable. She would explain everything she was doing, and also gave great advice to speed up the healing process. I highly recommend those seeking physio to come here.
I have been going to this place for both of the car accidents I was in; first was with Heather Baker, she is amazing as what she does & my second (hopefully last) accident I had Thomas Okamura as my physiotherapist, and he really knows his stuff!
