My physiotherapist named Vic is awesome! He even give me some tip for home remedy so I wouldn't need to rely on their machine.Kate is very accommodating. She always do her best to assist us on booking appointments even with last minute notifications.Me and my husband are visiting this clinic regularly for massage.
I've been to many physiotherapists over the years but Vic at Highgate might just be the best one. Really great guy and knows how to help fix your issues.
The most important criteria for me is the therapist and how he treats his/her patients. I have visited this office 3 times and Fabian was my physiotherapists. He went above and beyond in treating my back pain that had totally stopped me from regular daily activities. After few treatments and following his recommendations, my has been so much better and I am so grateful for his help. I have already send few of my patients to him for treatment and they all have the same results and happy with Fabian(Fariborz) work.
Been there twice last week . Once for massage. Then physio with man .named .." Francis.." I had a great first experience. . strait forward but listen to my explanation of where I was hurt etc ... I'm actually looking forward to going this week ... got to get my shoulder and back fixed .... I got the impression that they know what their doing . And I'm so excited about getting fixed and going back to work ..
The worst customer service ever. Tried to call them to make an appointment. They never pick up the phone. Left voice message. They never got back to me. Went there as walk-in and they say call them to make an appointment. The receptionists attitudes were really rude and not friendly. Oh, whats worse is they were giggling with a male patient making really unprofessional jokes...
