The manager at this place is extremely rude and unprofessional! she offered me to reschedule as the physio was going to be late and charge me for missed appointment .... first of all why offering me to reschedule? she tries to trick you into charging for no show appointment. she yelled at me in-front of clients i almost cried and left. i have no idea why she is the manager? I missed one appointment due to a schedule mix up. I went 3 two a week for 2 months.The physio just talks to you doesnt touch you and keeps asking questions to waste your money and time! I was charged for the one missed appointment twice. I was never late. And I never missed an appointment b4 that one. Terrible customer service. The Surrey location is far better, though some of the therapists go back and forth. So be careful who you see because if you are un happy with the treatment. (and that can be common for many of the therapists.) they will say they are to uncomfortable to see you.show up and Even when you are willing to pay them to do their jobs. All in all a horrible waste of money. I should have gone and built a relationship with a different clinic. IF I COULD DO NO STAR I WOULD DIFF DO THAT! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION.
Excellent! Came here for shoulder pain, as well as Vertigo treatment, and received such great care! The physio's were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The receptionists are friendly, empathetic, and a joy to deal with.
I went there for a part of return to work program through my company. It helped me a lot to get strength back for my work.
