I love this gym! My partner and I go a handful of times each week and we love the atmosphere. Its great for all bodies and all athletic backgrounds.
Its okay club, a bit shabby though, and lack sort of glamor, sort of old school, rustic. Whats most annoying is that they keep lying about when the change room are going to get open and steam room. Its been a year since they promised. Not done. UPDATE 10 months past. Change rooms are still not open. Still promises...
Great gym for serious lifters. The big gym has almost everything to offer in terms of free weights and machines with dumbbells upto 130lbs, plenty of olympic sized bars, squat racks, bumper plates, trap bar, dip stations. There is also a functional training centre, tanning room and swimming pool. Change room facilities are temporarily limited because part of the facility is currently under renovation. However renovations are expected to improve the value of this place in terms of better hot tub, sauna, etc

Awesome gym! I've gone here on and off (only off due to living in a different city for a while) for 4 years now. There are many different rooms so suit your work out "style". The staff is amazing, answering any work out form question you may have and are always willing to a quick demo on equipment you may not know how to use. Huge pool with an amazing steam room! I'm excited to see the new changeroom and hot tub when the renovations are complete!! Love this place :) Great job Chris (owner)
