I've been to multiple gyms across BC, and none have been as life-changing as 88 Athletica. They have a wide variety of classes as well as personal training sessions. The instructors are motivating, friendly, and super helpful. They give great advice in both physical exercises and diet, and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns you have. The classes are also very fun. Each class is jam packed with action, keeping it both interesting and challenging no matter how many times you go.
Great atmosphere and friendly instructors that actually know your name! Their workouts are for people who are already active. Id definitely come back again as this is the only place that can get me to sweat. Parking is usually hard to find, so be ready to show up early to find a spot and not miss the warm-up.
What can I say about 88 Athletica that already hasn't been said below?! Working out can be intimidating at times but the guys here are really there to help and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and really care about their clients. The environment is really comfortable, and relaxed, and the music is always good to keep you pumped! It's challenging and fun, and a great group of people to be around! Definitely worth it!
Great location and staff. All the equipment you need is there. The staff is very knowledgeable and you can tell that they are really passionate about their job. They truly care for their clients. PS. They really know how to stretch you.
