I realize now how much extra I paid for my trip. I will just book everything myself next time. I used an agent because I felt inexperienced and thought I would feel better if I had a contact should I require one ..I didn't feel better. I was shuffled around the office..never sure who I was dealing with. The price went up in the 2 hours that it took me to get a call back during the booking process. There was a booking fee! My trip was uneventful but the booking process was less than pleasant. I don't think they care about repeat business. And one more thing. The deals on the news look great but I can never find them on the website.
