Visited this location fairly early in the morning on a Saturday. I was able to find an agent right away. I came to this location because I felt like my travel plans were very complicated to plan by myself (3 flights, tickets for trains and buses in the location I wish to visit, and a tour through multiple countries). However, with the help from the agents at this location, my complicated travel plans were not so complicated after all. Just want to give a shout-out to Ansar for making it all happen for me. I also want to say that the costs on Google Flights were far more expensive than they were when I booked through Flight Centre (at least double the total price). I'd definitely recommend this place to other travellers.
Since I generally only ever write bad reviews, I feel compelled to finally post something positive about a travel experience. I honestly didnt know what to expect when I called Flight Centre. Ive been booking my own trips for years now through Expedia and other sites but this vacation has a few legs and multiple countries so gave it a shot. I called up FC and got directed to a lady named Sandy. She was awesome. I literally told them where I wanted to go and when and she was on it. She came back with a price that was better than what I had found online, but also with better airlines (ie Cathay va United). Then she also hooked me up with an Australian visa (which I had no idea I needed). She saved me time, energy, money, and possibly some significant hassle if I didnt have a visa! Id use FC again!

Came in to book flights to the UK, our regular consultant was booked up but she set us up with another consultant and all went smoothly! All the staff are super friendly and eager to give advice and share experiences! Definitely recommend booking holidays through the team here! Will miss Amanda though but I'm sure Heath will keep us happy! Thanks team!
I work in hotel industry and should know better to buy travel insurance and to be careful with nonrefundable rates but here I am. It happened to me, visa delays and etc.could cost me thousands of dollars, but Metrotown came to rescue. I cannot thank you enough, Heath, for your help with last minute changes on my reservation and saving me costs I did not foresee. You truly care about your clients and I thank you for your understanding and empathy. I thank you for looking into each an every option available to me and negotiating with airlines on my behalf.
