I walked into the Flight Centre on Commercial Drive late last spring and I met with Chelsea Ell. I told her about my fantasy vacation -- Iceland and Ireland. She immediately spent an hour with me just going over what my hopes, dreams, desires and preferences were. Then, she spent HOURS with her colleagues, trying to make it work. It truly was the vacation of my dreams and I don't think I'll consider traveling anywhere else without consulting Chelsea first. A+++
