Shannon was an absolute rockstar helping my wife and I plan a trip to Disneyland. Having never been before, there was a lot of details to sort through, and she put together an amazing trip quote for us. Couldn't be happier with the customer service. It was awesome to deal with someone who is genuinely excited about your trip and destination, and wants to make sure you get the most out of your experience. She quoted the trip based on who we were and how we liked to travel, and tailored the experience to suit. She asked tons of questions, and shared tons of extremely useful and money saving advice. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this place at all! I called in and informed them that I was coming by and what I needed (I thought giving them a heads-up would be better), I was told to come on by.... Got there and the person whom I had spoken with on the phone passed us over to Callie Chan (I guess she couldn't be bothered with us). Callie showed us two options and while we were trying to figure things out, she decided it was okay for her to make a phone call and take on another customer while we were sitting there at her desk! FYI - this is horrible customer service and this is the reason why I always buy my tickets online! We walked out and found what we needed online, I'm sure she could of found it too, if only she was really willing to help! No wonder travel agencies are pretty much extinct!! Improve your customer service and maybe you guys will have more people at your office!
I go here for every vacation I plan, and always go to Shannon Nagle. I have been going to her for years. She really takes the time to get to know you and what your travel needs are, and makes them happen. I highly recommend her and have, to several friends, who have all been so happy. She is friendly, very knowledgable, and works with you to create your perfect holiday. Love her!! Best service!!
