I shop at this Whole Foods on a weekly basis as I live close by. Service was excellent until they have a staff change recently. Most of the cashiers are now new (Ive never seen them before) and all of a sudden you get no service - would not ask if I need a bag and would not bag my items unless I asked them to. No greetings from the cashier and was served with a straight face! This is not a single incident - Ive shopped here twice since last week and I feel like I was shopping at Walmart. Poor service.
A very good sized whole foods with pay parking that they reimburse at check out. I do think the cheese section shrunk or something, my favourite Brie along with couple of my go to cheeses were gone. They should also consider having a cured meat section. They sell everything else like jams and preserves and assorted crackers but they only had prosciutto for the meat choices. Maybe the cured meats wont be traceable or something and thats why they dont carry it.
Very clean and well stocked with brands you normally can't find in the usual grocery stores. Very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. Their fruit and vegetables aren't amazing, but the desserts, make your own salad and food, and rare trinkets all over the store are great. Lots of organic and environmentally friendly products. Their staff are always nice and helpfull. We shop here a lot.
I shop here a good bit and I love the salad bar....also, the sandwiches are really good and it's a fantastic grocery store with great fruit selection. Easiest place to find organic food under 1 roof. Langley has a couple options but the selections definitely don't compare
It is great place to find really specific things. It is pricey not doubts about it. You will find great products for a high price. However, they have some sales and great deals sometimes... We love to buy cottage cheese and some bake goodies and we know the prices are high lol so if you are in a budget or student budget is better try another store. Little note, the cheesecake is not good.
