Awesome place to go if you want to be verbally abused by the grumpy owner...kinda fun though...I look at it as free entertainment...his wife is very kind though...Yin and Yang!
The father who runs this place with his wife and son is a mean and greedy person. He scared my wife away by getting mad at her for not buying stamps from them. So much so that she made me go instead. This old man was rude every single time unless I bought his postage for my letters and packages. He would complain each time I came in even when I bought other items from the store. One time I noticed he had a wrist bandage on and I asked himif he was okay and what happened. He stated that it was because of me and i was so perturbed and confused i left. i tried for a Whole year to love my neighbor but it had to stop when he tried over charging me on plants and then charging extra dollar per plant for a litle plastic dish that comes with them. I asked for a refund and he made a big deal about it. The only reason he refunded me was because there was a line up and he was embaressing himself. I told him i tried my best to do business at his store and even asked his wife and son when he works so we could avoid him. all he cares about is "proffit"and if you arent making him any you are trash to him. I have boycotted this store and urgh everyone to go anywhere else but this sad negative place as there are more to choose from!!Don't beleive any of this? Go try it out for your self to see if you can flip his frown upside down! Might be a good laugh or make for a great YouTube video
They never answer calls. I received a delivery notice and the parcel is kept at this location. The name on the notice is not me, so I tried to call at least five times on different days to let them know. No one answered and no voicemail!
Ignorant clerk that appears uneducated and uncultured appears to take pride in harassing, hassling and exasperating his customer. Perhaps I missed the memo but Canada Post should treat the customer in a disparaging manner.
A friendly lady assisted me with my Canada Post package pick up. I was supposed to wait until after 1 pm the day after, but she gave me my package on the same-day.
