The staff at this storage facility is amazing. Jessica and Terri were very pleasant to deal with and were very professional as well. Very clean facility and feel comfortable storing my stuff there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great storage facility!
Fast and easy service, they were able to sign me up in a pinch and they have great security and I can rest easy that my stuff is not going to get wrecked from getting too cold as the facility is heated. Great staff and good hours in case you need to grab something. I would recommend this place and they seem to have units available when a lot of places seem to be full lately.
I rent a locker back in 2016 and it was a great experience. Terrific staff, secure, easy, clean. Needed a short term locker again in 2018 and didn't hesistate to go right back to U-Lock. I was also fortunate to get a 75% discount on my first month's rent. I had another storage place a few blocks away from home but knew U-Lock would meet all my needs even though it was about 5km away. Went in and the same awesome staff set me up with what I needed. No hassles. Thanks you guys.
This is a great storage facility and these are the reasons why. (1) Location, it is located fairly close to the highway and main roads. (2) Clean and tidy, this facility is very clean, organized, and easy to get around. (3) Moving van, great for moving larger pieces. (4) The staff, Terri and Jessica are fantastic to deal with, they are professional, and extremely nice! I would recommend to anyone with storage needs.
An excellent experience indeed! First time we needed to rent a storage space, we checked U-Lock Burnaby online and got the basics, however, when we got to the facility, Mr. Ton Domingo took really good care of us and explained to us all the details and guided us through the whole process of getting a storage unit in the most friendly and professional way I have seen in a very long time! He made us feel very welcome, took the time to show us all the different options we asked him, answer all our questions promptly and in a very courteous way, always had a genuine smile on his face and never rushed us or made us feel pressured during the whole process. The facility is amazing, top of the line, we started to use it right away and we are very happy with it. No complaints at all so far and, on the contrary, we are very happy with the whole experience. Kudos to U-Lock Burnaby and, in particular, to Mr. Ton Domingo for providing us with such a rewarding customer experience that highly met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
