We rented a storage locker for 13 months and our agreement just expired. It was a very good experience as the place was clean and the staff were great. Sahil, who works during the weekdays, was friendly, helpful, and always a smile whenever I came.
I needed storage for a few months. I sent out a few emails to different companies. The same hour I sent and email to this one as well. Within minutes I received a reply. I called in and talked with Alfred. He was very friendly and polite and explained clearly all the terms and prices. I decided to go with them because of this. Days later I got response from one major storage chain. Simply unacceptable. The prices are very reasonable, the facility is welcoming and the customer service is first rate. The building is brand new, clean and looks very well maintained. There are no hidden charges or contracts. There is a $10 admin fee initially but that's it. They should be in the 5 star hotel business because that how I felt renting something as boring as storage locker. Seriously. Thanks for everything you have done for me so far, Alfred. PS. Sharing your website on social media as well . Update: changed from 5 to 3 stars. make Sure you only buy just enough tokens for their vacuums as you need. The dont refund them, which is very silly. It makes no sense. I cant use these tokens anywhere else and now even though I had a pleasant experience with their storage and car wash, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Excellent! I am using their store service for business. Very clean well managed facility with professional helpful and friendly staff ( Sahel ) that go above and beyond in customer service. This is very surprising in this industry. The facility also is well designed with easy loading bays and lots of moving trolleys that you can use. 100% recommend! 5 star well deserved The price was good but increased after 3 month, its better if they fix the rate at least for 1 year after you move in. But this is how they work and they told me that upfront so no complain.

Very convenient loading and unloading area with large bay doors. There are also plenty of dollies for moving heavy items and the hallways are generally kept neat and tidy. Great experience with this location!
