Storing my things at Burnaby Self Storage was an end-to-end excellent experience. The storage unit I got was very easy to access and the whole facility was as clean and welcoming as a well-designed apartment. (Loved the environmentally friendly towels in the bathroom - they showed me you care for more than just collecting rent!)The storage team was very friendly, professional and easy to communicate with before, during and after my rental period. Moreover, they always went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed - whether that was giving me exact driving directions to find them, helping me access my unit, or giving me a hand to load my bike when moving out.Finally, the office has a store with every possible moving and storage supply you may need, that too at good prices, so I saved time by getting a few extra boxes and a padlock there.If I ever need to store things in the Vancouver area again, I know where to go.
