We stored our inventory at Maple Leaf Self Storage in Burnaby during a 2 month marketing trip in BC and found the price and service to be greater than expected. Mrs. Kelly Simmons the onsite manager was very pleasant to deal with and helped our dispatcher coordinate access of our space for our freight carrier to move in and out of. The staff provided us a complimentary lock and security during several days of grace after we vacated when it was discovered that several leftover boxes of small product and miscellaneous materials were mistakenly left behind in our unit. They informed us of our left over property and allowed us time to either move it or dispose of it onsite. Other self storage facilities we dealt with in the past provided no notice of inspections after vacating, offered no onsite trash disposal or they added pricey dumping fees for using their trash bins to throw away leftover materials like boxes. I have to say the management did us favor beyond their expected service at Burnaby's Maple Leaf Self Storage.
