The reason for the 1 star review is the sneaky sales tactic that the store uses. I was told my product was 50% off, but when I looked it up online I found their website listed it with a different product number and a much lower original price. I wondered if they had wrung it up as the wrong product, so I searched the product number of the one I got... but I found it online, the same product under a different number. That means that they used two different product numbers for the same product so that they could make it appear to be at a deep discount when actually it was only a small discount. I can't say I'm surprised but it reminds me that their products are of a low value compared to the price tag.
I got my bracelet here last yr and after a few months the lock broke and I went back to the store to get it fix. They fixed it gave it back to me after three months. Its my first time wearing it again after getting it fix and I wore it just last week and went for my errands and by the time I came home my bracelets gone. The lock is still a problem afterall the fixing and waiting. It is an expensive bracelet and I am upset that the quality is low. Its not good buying products here youre just wasting your money. Ive been wearing my pandora bracelet for months now, day and night and Ive never had problems with the lock.
Bad attitude from the manager. I can see the employee worked hard to serve. However, the manager is just ignorant and rude. The quality of items are okay, but way behind pandora.
