I had SO much help while I was here, not really knowing anything about what I was getting myself into. The sales associate patiently modeled a billion rings for me while I was being indecisive. In the end we found a wonderful ring that I'm sure she'll love. Thanks!!
At first i love this place til i bought back my wifes wedding band that had a diamond fell off. i was expecting the same nice service when i bought it but no! i bought the ring a year ago and my wife just recently realized that a diamond had falling out so we bought it back. the lady working was like o no you bought it back too late! its a few days over a year so im gonna have to charge you now. her point was i shouldve bought it back earlier before the one year mark. i bought the ring on the date specified but we did not pickup that ring til a later date but she insisted that it has to go with the date on reciept and said no matter what she has to charge us. i don't mind paying but im just upset that we weren't treated with the same respect as when we purchased the ring. now my wife doesnt even want to wear the ring no more thinking another diamond would fall out so easily.
