The worst customer service ever. The sales associate told me that I should come back twice more to resize my ring, and I was mad of course. It was already my third visit to resize my ring. He said he felt sorry for the manufacturing staff because that person had to come to resize my ring at night. Is it my fault that they screwed up my size TWICE?????? I keep this ring only because they have no return policy. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Especially, if you are planning your wedding, engagement, or any special occasion. You will add bad memory to your special day.

I generally don't give out reviews; however, I'll give credit when credit is due. Jenny helped me out with getting a watch. She was very professional and even took the time to make sure that I got the watch that I wanted. She also helped me out in getting a birthday present for my mother. I highly recommend going to Lugaro for your luxury watches. Make sure you ask for Jenny.

I purchased a custom designed engagement ring from Kevo Terzian recently and the product and service I received was very exceptional. Kevo really knows what he is talking about and showed tremendous patience in guiding me through this very important investment. I never felt rushed nor 'sold to'. Each visit I was giving a comfortable seat and water. I was able to review fine details with magnification and take all the time I needed. Every visit he was generous with his expertise on various metals, diamonds, design and the manufacturing process. He gave a balanced view of many options - describing objectively the pro's and con's of each option. He treats you like a person and flexible in accommodating your needs. Originally I was considering several online retailers. I made the false assumption that shopping mall jewellers were stuffy and salesy - I assumed I would be limited to outdated designs, questionable quality, and untrustworthy service. I just wanted to browse rings online and just have it show up in the mail without fuss. After having gone through this process with Kevo this view was very wrong. I can't imagine trying to navigate a purchase of this importance via website and email. I have no idea how I could preview the quality of the diamond or anything else from a distance. I also learned that rings are not invincible one-stop purchases. In the future adjustments, cleaning/polishing, sizing, upgrades, and repair are just a reality of changing bodies, wear and tear. I feel confident that I can just walk to the mall and get exceptional service that I can trust with Kevo. Buying an engagement ring could have been a stressful experience but Kevo made it fun and relaxing. As expected with a customized ring there were a few complications along the way but Kevo was always stood up and handled everything with grace and professionalism. The end result was a spectacular product that the love of my life absolutely loved and can't pull her eyes away from. I felt the purchase was an excellent value and felt confident in the GIA certification. We left Lugaros not only with a ring, but a friend that I would trust with any future jewelry purchases!
