My rabbits have seen 4 vets and Dr. Chow is the best! She knows rabbits very well and handles them very gently with a warm heart. My rabbits don't get upset after seeing her because they don't hide under the sofa when they get home. Highly recommend!

Amazing vet if you have exotics (specifically rats). She was so understanding and compassionate when my rats have passed away in the past, and she was knowledgeable and kept visits as affordable as possible by seeing both of my rats in one appointment. She gave me the meds I needed and did everything she could to help my babies. Best in Burnaby/Vancouver if you ask me, can't recommend enough! Especially if you've been hunting for a rat vet as so many vets won't even see pet rats. They'll even give advice over the phone or by email and you don't have to pay for an appointment if you're a patient. Couldn't imagine going to any other vet with rats!

Dr. Chow is professional, kind and realistic. I am so glad I found her. Staff is also incredibly helpful and accommodating. First vet clinic where I don't feel like I'm being bombarded by add-on sales and unnecessary procedures. Highly recommended.

This is the place you take your loved ones to get better. I have taken my Chinese water dragon on 2 separate issues. Both were resolved, as the Dr. really cares for the little ones. What they lack in flashy look they make up for it in knowledge. They are easy to talk to, worked with my schedule to get my dragon the help he needed.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
