Dr. Grundy is awesome. The staff are wonderful car in people. Definitely recommend!

I've been to the clinic a few times now, each with a different assistant and a different vet. I cannot find fault with anyone I've come into contact with, and they were all extremely friendly and respectful. This clinic also doesn't try to upsell you on procedures and tests. Everything they suggested were in the realm of reasonable and rational course of action. Highly recommend!

Going to this vet is never a chore with the thorough and cheerful care you/your pet receive. Been taking my two cats there since late 2017 and nothing has been a surprise and I've never felt like I'm trying to be sold anything, which I've experienced elsewhere.

I had been to this location four times since moving nearby. Staff was great and friendly but my last time there was not very satisfying, largely customer service. My dog had a sudden illness and I had to take him on a walk-in for an emergency. They took him in right away, but advised I was to be charged an emergency fee for $125. I thought it was a bit steep but I accepted it for the sake of my dog. What bothered me was the fact that the vet spent one minute with us and charged us the extra $125. I asked the Vet if it can be spread over the cost of all the charges (meds, exams) so I can still claim it all on pet insurance, and she told me it was fraud, which didn't make sense to me. I then asked her if she was governed by any bodies on regulation for prices and she said no it's just a guide line. So how is this fraud if they make up prices as they wished anyway without a governing body? Sounded more like a money grab in my opinion.Anyway, I usually get an email to give my feedback. I took the time to write to them, and they didn't even bother to acknowledge my response, and it has been a month now.Overall, I was not pleased with their client service and I will be looking to go elsewhere with my pet.

Finally tracked down our girls favorite vet Dr.Elizabeth Kuan who just moved here! Front staff was very sweet to Nina and she was so happy to see Dr. Kuan who sat on the floor with her for most of the visit. Great spot and you are helping the SPCA as well!!
