A good store is one that has a good phone client service as well. If a store cannot respond to calls in person within business hours they should put up an automated response.
Walked in and was helped right away by Thomas Ciaccia. He's super personable and I don't feel like he fed me any BS. He was quite thorough in asking questions to give me a plan that fit my usage. I walked out feeling happy that I was treated well and got a good deal!
I never actually entered the store. Well, I showed up at 4:50pm (10 minutes before closing time) to inquire about the availability of a phone. To my surprise, the store front was dark and the door was locked. No one seemed to be inside. If I was a franchise owner and absolutely needed to leave early, I would at least leave a note to customers (in my case, former customer).I'm not doing business with anyone who cannot be held accountable for their opening hours. I hope the manager of this location will sort things out.
One of the "BEST" TELUS stores i have ever walked into! I have been going to mall locations and it seems every time i do, i walk out aggravated with a few white hairs later. Pacific CoastCom was referred to me by a friend, and they did not disappoint. Michael, the sales rep was extremely helpful in finding solutions that fit my needs. Its a quiet location, easy to get too, tons of parking, with an amazing showroom and service department, away from any mall most importantly!!
