An amazing variety of stuff in this store. Always some obscure little sales going on. Kind of hard to find staff sometimes but you can always find something to be to help you if you look hard enough. Lots of free parking out front.
I like all the changes that they have made in the store. The new check out line up, and there new style of end displays, looks great, clean and refreshing. The store is presenting itself so much more inviting to the customer. Great work by head office to invest in the stores.
It had a auto repair shop.The big store is well organized.From houseware, auto accessories, chemical for auto.Loved their plants Dept. Lots of Indoor plants, and huge outdoor plants Dept... scrubs, fruit tree.. evergreen...enriched soil.Big variety of commodities to browse at.The price is good..Staff are helpful...
I ordered and paid for the MASTER Chef Bios H2O 16 oz Soda Cups online. After I received the pick up confirmation, Canadian Tire (Burnaby south location) called and told me the product was out of stock. While the other locations (Vancouver and Surrey) had it in stock, the customer service person only offered a refund and wouldn't ship more product over. This makes me feel that when they make a mistake, they only want the solution that makes them the easiest.I had to take the receipt to the Vancouver location for an exchange. Since I could only go the next day, I called ahead wanting to put the product on hold. Was told couldn't because the products on sale can't be put on hold. I understand that but it was you that screwed up the online purchase order wasn't it??? And you still hold your stupid policy over your customers!!!Anyways, the soda cups work great like the other reviews. Will recommend, but will also warn my friends about the awful customer service at Canadian Tire. (Obviously lots of negative reviews on the sucky customer service on Yelp.
Just had some minor work done on my car, a battery lead replacement. The staff were courteous and professional, and explained what was going to be done. I like that! I was in and out quickly to enjoy the rest of my day. Thanks Canadian Tire!
