Probably one the worst apple stores I've been to help wise. I've been there 3 times since I've moved to BC and they're always pretty condescending or unhelpful in terms of software help. They're pretty decent at sales but when you need help or information it's pretty bad.
This review is about after sales support. The sales people could be great but after sales support is horrible. I had a problem with my phone so my carrier tells me to bring it to the Apple store. I get there and they said sorry, because you came here an hour before closing time, we dont have time to serve you. Ok Apple, my phone doesnt work, what can I do then? You can book an appointment (which unfortunately there wont be a one slot until next week) or you can try and do a drop in early in the day for service (I work so I cant just drop in). So Im like looking at the person saying you got to be kidding me and its like they have a canned response for everything - total robot. Why do I have to wait a week just to get it looked at??? From then it will just go to your depot or service center to fix, so the Apple store person isnt even fixing my phone anyways, its like some special privilege just to talk to an Apple rep - give me a break! Ended up going to a non Apple licensed place and got it fixed.
This place is always busy. Come on the weekday and in the morning. But, if that's not possible, expect long waiting times. Some people know their stuff. Sometimes, customers may know something they don't know. Its all about education. Everybody can learn something new. Its no fun if you're not learning anything new!
Terrible Customer Service. I had a problem with my phone and I was going to the store 3 times. The last technician was horrible. He just transfer all data to his computer and left me with factory settings setup and told me you are good to go. The phone was not even set up to start, ask me for codes to start my phone. He did not put my data back and I lost all information from my phone. They are awful !!!
Wonder why is very low rate. Visit today 20 mins before closing while waiting my family. Store sales person approach us ask is everything ok? After we answer everything is good just browsing around, she tell us "great, just let you know, the store will close in couple mins". .we left store right after, not interested apple after you kick us out.
