I would recommend this clinic to everyone I know. The staff are all very welcoming and they were able to answer all of my questions. Since I do not know much about orthotics or orthopedic procedures, they made me feel comfortable to ask questions and they patiently explained everything I needed to know. It was a very good experience and I learned about more about my health condition and how I can improve it. I wish everyone will find the time to visit this clinic and explore how they can actively improve their health condition. I give them 5 stars because it was a wonderful experience from start to finish and they really value me as a person and I felt their sincere willingness to help people like me improve our lives. The clinic is very clean and conjucive and all of them were very friendly and professional and very knowledgeable in their medical field.
Great service & very professional. After a traumatic knee injury, I was having such issues being mobile & just wasn't able to take care of matters in my day-to-day life easily. The team at Burnaby Orthopaedic was able to help me get fitted for a right leg brace & it was a wonderful experience. It really helped me to be able to get back on track & living life to its fullest again!
They worked with me to make sure the insole fit properly and didn't just abandon or forget me after it was done. I appreciate how much they kept caring after it was done that it was perfect. Thank you.
