We really enjoyed the professionalism, service and above all, Timothy's expertise for the Burnaby/Metrotown area. Showed several properties after giving a list of want's and need's. Usually not an easy thing to get under a certain budget but he was patient in answering our questions.
DO NOT deal with NADIA NADERI.......She was the worst Agent EVER! She is in it just in for the money NOT the client! Not to be trusted. She made my search for a new home, a living Nightmare in more ways then one! ... I complained to her Boss at Sutton Realty of my experience and they still have her as an AGent, obviously they don't care for the well being of Clients. I tell EVERYONE NEVER to deal with Sutton Realty or Nadia Naderi. I am forced to give a one star . The system doesn't let me give Zero.

Disgusting " Aggie Fritz", showed up in burnaby to show us a 2 bed. apartment, the smell of alcohol almost made me to through out she was almost drunk. we were the first to view the apartment. we promptly gave her the application form. after few ours she called and said " the apartment was rented to someone else " i asked her why ? we were first . she said , she liked someone else. I am glad that i didn't rent this apartment through a drunk lier . good luck with your stupid carrier Friiiiittizzzzzz
