Jason is a true pro. He spent almost a year with me going place to place when I was looking for a relatively inexpensive townhouse and he even used his handyman skills to fix up some minor deficiencies before I moved in. Bought my 2nd property with him not too long after that and again had a good experience. He was able to negotiate a good price for me. Happy with his work and with the properties we got as well.
