Its okay, theres always a line but what do you expect. Its not constantly busy that they need more people all the time, but the waits not that long and theyre pretty fast to help once you get up there
I've always used Canada post for my parcels but they really disappointed me this time. I sent a package two months ago and it never got delivered (it was supposed to be delivered in two weeks or so) and neither it came back to sender's address. You guys should start telling the customers that do not choose a non-trackable option as your package is never going to get delivered.. atleast people would know. Do you guys have no accountability at all ? If its not trackable their simple answer is "we can not help" Really????? Why do you even have other options if they never work. I called customer service thousand times and no help at all. Everyone literally said "U should go for trackable option next time" Is that all??? Thankyou Canada post for such services. I will never recommend it to anyone.
The location is very convenient and is open during mall hours (up to 9 pm) so you can pick up your packages even after work. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the staff is a little bit slow when there are a lot of people (especially during weekends) and they do not have a note that says that there printer/scanner does not support legal size bond paper.
Convenient location for me, but wait times are ridiculously long when it's busy. They also won't pick up your phone calls.
The girls here are very helpful and friendly although I do agree with the other reviewers that the service here is slow.
