Ignorant clerk that appears uneducated and uncultured appears to take pride in harrassing, hassling and exasperating his customer. Perhaps I missed the memo but Canada Post should treat the customer in a disparaging manner.
Completely useless, they won't deliver to your home but lie and say that they tried. If they scan your delivery slip and the computer says it's not there, they refuse to try and help find out where it could be. How hard is it for you to pick up the phone call Canada Post and ask a question? They do not deserve to have a Canada Post franchise. So rude.
Always good service- friendly family run business. Professional. Will always try to find the best postal service/cost for their customers.
Very slow service, very rude owners. I would drive not just to Brentwood or Lougheed mall but even to downtown to avoid going there. If there is a five stars for bad service I would not hesitate to give it to them.
I walked into the store and there was no one inside. I went to cash in some scratch & wind and a middle aged white came in and said hello to the man at the cashier. The man then told me to go to the gas station across the street and cash in my scratch and wins. He also stated that he was now busy and he went over to the post office area to serve the middle age white man. I also had an email stating there was something to pick up at the post office. I then had to wait behind the man who came him after me to be served. I told the man who was at the cashier that that was extremely rude. I gave him my ID for the mail and when he was done he dropped on the table instead or handing it back to me. The whole experience was totally unwarranted. There was only 2 customers in store when he told me he was busy.
