Awesome service with a human touch. The phone lines are responded to by humans, one does not have to be speaking to a machine and logging a request. The service personnel are experts at what they do and they care. If you want to burn your money just call Milani. They'll charge you even if they do nothing. Terrible costumer service. There are some other companies out there which give you free estimate and better service.
Had an after hours emergency. Raff came to fix l. Super efficient which at 288 per hour was expected. But he explained everything and had hustle showing that he appreciated the exorbitant cost of his company's time. Very pleased.Part 2. I had them come back on the Monday to do the pipe repair and install a new hot water tank. I was impressed with the plumber, Adrian, this time around. He worked until 10:30pm (12 hours) without a complaint, and was pleasant all the way through. He didn't stop until the job was done.Even when I had to query the invoice with the office, they too were pleasant and came back to me in good time with a proper answer that I accepted. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.
