I just wanted to thank you. I got my outdoor clogged drains unplugged a while back. I noticed that one of the drains was missed. I called back on a weekend and the guy who answered said his name was Paul I told him the storey he said they would come back and fix it right away. They are people of their word they showed up today and fixed it. I'm so happy all the drains work like new thank you guys and Kyle was so nice thanks again. Brett
when other plumbers gave up - these guys came through. their experience and expertise were worth it. i couldn't get them to email me an invoice - but they fixed the sewage pump in two days. other plumbers couldn't even locate the problem. i have used several times since.
Very disappointed with the shoddy workmanship, and failure to come back and rectify an obvious mistake. They were recommended to me, but I was totally dissatisfied with the results. The new faucet in the kitchen double sink was clearly off center, no caulk on the bathtub spout. 'Tony' did not send someone to fix the problems, regardless of photos clearly showing unacceptable work, and he simply stopped replying to my emails. Their plumber arrived at 7:30am, but charged from 6:30am, saying "I have to make money..." I recently paid a different plumber to fix the Blue Mountain mistakes. The new tap/spout fixture for the double kitchen sink had been installed using an insert intended for a single sink... error was obvious to the plumber that came to fix it.
