Hard to believe! I am waiting since 2 weeks for a skid from Vancouver to Edmonton. That is actually no star review. Update: we just received the pallet after 2 weeks with the help of 2 nice managers. Always good to call daily and track!!!!

They actually deserve zero stars. They did not deliver the service they promised and I paid for, and then charged me for redelivery despite the mistake being theirs. The people in their local office are unbelievably rude and discourteous. I just don't understand how any business - that wants to thrive - would put such incompetent people in their customer service department. However, my experience with their drivers has been good. They were courteous and did their job as expected. But I would not recommend this company to anybody. Look elsewhere.
Nice and helpful staff. A little difficult to find the receptionist. The office staff are located on the second floor and have a separate entrance/parking lot.
