Nobody likes a move, and me especially. The crew at Two Small Men - right from the initial contact to the movers themselves were professional, friendly, and efficient. I have a very special, heavy glass piece that I was concerned about - it was moved without incident. Everything was wrapped and taken care of as though it was their own - it turned a potentially stressful day into one without worry. Highly recommended!!
Under-quoted fees to win business, then up the charges when it comes time to pay. Quoted $300-500 for 15 boxes + furniture on a 1-bedroom+den based upon an estimated 1-2 hours to load/unload + 1 hour travel. Furniture was already taken apart and everything packed up ready to move. Movers even noted that things were moving quickly, but then it took an extra 2 hours for some reason, so I was charged $750!Contacted the company to ask someone to look into this and was told it would looked into and they'd reach out to me. Haven't heard a word from them since.UPDATE: They called and left me a message. I've since called them twice and left messages both times and they've gone silent again. Stay away from this company! Terrible service!
Had a very difficult long distance from high-rise move to make for my mother during an extremely stressful time. Sales/Admin/Booking ladies were nice, smart and extremely helpful. Movers Matt and Ty were great guys, skilled movers and really went the extra mile to provide truly exceptional service. I hope never to have to do anything like that move again but if I do these are the people I'll be wanting.
The professionalism of the teams involved were great. They were positive and had an amazing skill of figuring out how to pack our life into a 5 ton truck. When unloading, the team was helpful at getting all furniture where we wanted it. Great job by all involved, in the process of getting us to BC.
3 mover crew was excellent. Friendly, good attitude, fast and careful with my mom's stuff. They were on time and communicated well. A bit of an issue getting fuel for the truck on route but was rectified and mom and I were completely satisfied with the move. I will use again when the need arises.
