Bruce and Michelle worked really hard on my granddaughters case. They were prepared and fought very hard in court. I recommend them for any personal injury claim.
I would not recommend Metrotown Law Group. I was sent to a private doctor in February of 2017. After months and months of asking if they had heard anything from the doctor and the office responding that they had not and would try contacting him again, I get a phone call from my lawyer, after explaining that I had lost complete faith in his ability to work on my case, that his legal assistants had never responded to the doctors requests months before and that they had done nothing other than send ICBC my massage therapy and physio receipts. This private doctor was pivotal in moving my case forward and the law office did nothing to proceed my case further. While my lawyer apologized I found that he mainly blamed his coworkers for their lack of work over the previous 6 months and did nothing to rectify my unhappiness and lack of trust in him and his law office. While they were able to settle my case in the end, the chunk of money they received in settling my case was not worth their quality of service. Do NOT hire Metrotown Law Group. They are more painful to deal with than ICBC.
Bruce and Michelle handled my car accident case for 3 years. They did a great job. I cannot say how many times Michelle answered my questions and provided emotional support. Bruce always met with me when I had questions. The result from ICBC was way more than I expected. Bruce is a very ethical lawyer and I trust him completely. If I had another accident, I would call Metrotown Law Group way before I call ICBC or another firm.
