Brought in two pairs of pants in to get dry cleaned. Return to find out they were hemmed up 2-3 inches each. Return to the store to fix the problem, the owner either couldn't understand English, or was unwilling to admit the issue. The assistant tried to help and translated, and realized they had made a mistake when I said I wasn't even sized for a hem (chalk, pins, measuring tape etc. did not happen). Owner got mad at her when she tried to explain the situation. Long story short, had to make numerous return trips before pants were fixed (couldn't find them for a while), and it took a LOT of convincing to make the owner refund the money he charged me to hem pants I hadn't asked to be hemmed. Wouldn't recommend this place.
