TOO MUCH TENSION!I have been going to John Fleming for a couple of my companies car insurance (not enough for a fleet said the lady that talks too fast) . I have not been to an Insurance office that has such a revolving door of staff. I really likes the lady that helped me last year but is not longer there. The man that helped me a few months ago and no longer there. The only one that is there is the one that talks too fast and only wants business and does not want to take time to explain the policy to customers. The last time I was there, the tension in the office was horrible, I felt it as soon as I walked in. Although the staff are often polite and knowledgeable there must be another reason the staff do not stick around. I do not trust an office that can not keep employees happy and have such a huge turn around. I prefer to work with the same broker each year not a different one every time. I never again give John Fleming any money or businessWendy the new girl was nice but again she will be gone within a year I am sure....
