Even with the computer changes at ICBC the lady at the front desk was super knowledgeable and helpful I definitely went out of her way to give great service and I appreciate that
Today my eyes are wide open. While waiting for my daughter in helping a individual insure a vehicle for the very fist time, I was faced with a situation where courtesy and kindness went out the window.Wether it was based on my skin or because I wasn't. dressed in gold, the treatment I received was not only shameful but rude.While waiting in the hall, I asked the receptionist if I may use the bathroom. She replied back by saying their bathroom was only for employees and that Subway across the street was available. I was upset but did not make a scene. I later asked if they had a business card. She rudely said no.I would not recommend this place of business to anyone, nor would I ever use their bathroom if it was notorized in gold, especially after the rude welcome I received.
My wife & I have been using this Insurance co. for many years for our cars (3) & home products. We have never had a problem. The staff is very helpful & experienced in matters with insurance issues. Also very cheerful at all times.
