Most of the staff is great! They go out of their way to help customers and assist and make you feel welcome, which is why i return! However the management as soon as you walk in the door insist bags and purses are left at desk. when in store and looking around they make you feel as tho your a criminal and trying to steal by hovering and following you and pretty much stand and stare at you. Very uncomfortable i dont appreciate being thought of or looked at as if I'm a thief when im not. There are other ways for a buisness to deal with those issues and not make customers feel uncomfortable! Perhaps something did happen but move on and treat each customer separately.
The best customer service I've ever experienced at any retail shop in my life. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable they know exactly what your looking for, especially Robin. I highly recommend this hardware store for any body that is looking for odds or ends and all your hardware needs. The owners of this store are very friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.
Love this company. Love their TV commercials. Everything you need is there. And never the mad house that the big box stores are (you know which ones I'm referring to). I wish I recall his name as he needs referencing ... but go to this location on a weekend and the gentleman with the longer hair offers the absolute BEST service I have ever experienced in a retail store. Awesome job team!

These guys were great when we were in need of an A/C unit with minutes of their closing and a very very hot day. Helped us with smiles all around and loaded it in our car. I highly recommend them.
