Avoid this company. They show no interest in fixing a major problem (rain water collecting into the bottom of our new gas fireplace, due to a lack of cover on the external fireplace vent.) I have to pull teeth at every corner - asking them to come see the problem, then emailing to ask what the next step is, then calling the office after a service tech came out 2 weeks later and i didnt hear anything again, then calling and emailing the manager.. and now silence. They show no initiative in fixing it, and i cant call or email to ask about next steps any more. The last technician left my house a week ago now, recommending an outdoor cover be installed to stop the water from coming inside my fireplace, (he said it should have been done at the initial install) and Solace still hasnt gotten in touch. They know about this very serious issue, and show no hustle in trying to fix it, while water collects every day inside my house. I cant be bothered to deal with them any longer, and have sought outside help in getting the cover on and getting my house dry. Tl;dr find a better company - these guys are a headache.
