Lots of good eats in the food court. The produce and meat market on the lower level is always busy. The parking lot has a terrible design. It's always jammed up. It takes a long time to get in and get out even if you are not looking for parking.
Inexpensive place to get lunch, groceries, and cell phone accessories. Theres a delicious, wide selection of lunch/dinner options in the food court and multiple restaurants outside. Also, theres a large market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables; resembling the one at Granville Island. Mall design is interesting and makes parking a nightmare sometimes.
This is the place to go to if you're in Burnaby and you're looking for a mini Chinatown. It has a great fresh market place and fantastic food selection at budget prices. Also, parking is free! We've been frequenting this mall for 15+ years for groceries and food. Highly recommended.Car drivers, take note. The underground parking roadways are challenging to navigate and is often congested on weekends.

Under competition..Lots variety.Shopping all under one roof. With lots of parking. Meat, grocery, bakery. Herbal store, House appliance.., beauty salon, a big restaurant with dim sum lunch.Sunday, hard to find parking. People comes for dim sum noon, ..then shop..go home, cook supper.

But there is something to look out for, the hygienic condition overall is not desirable. The management should give more effort into it. Other than that, fresh and reasonable priced stuffs are their biggest selling point.
