The salesrep at metro did a good job. Got me the right sizes and was efficient. Was not pushy and gave me space to decide.
Ive actually contacted the BBB to file my complaint. THIS IS THE WORST STORE IN THE WORLD!!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!They sold me the worst pair of shoes in the world. I followed their store policy to the letter and they refused to take them back and give me store credit. The assistant manager even accused me of lying!!! NEVER SHOP HERE!!!
Horrible service. The one sales rep I had couldn't have been bothered to do their job and was dismissive and rude towards my large feet situation. Avoid at all costs.
