It's hard to find good help so I rarely write a review. However, ProRise Painting did everything right. From being on time for the initial appointment to following through on all items discussed. Their employee that did the work was exceptional. Excellent workmanship, always on time, always cleaning up every day. He was always courteous and polite. Price was fair. I'm sure people can get cheaper quotes but then they get what they paid for. This company delivers on what it promises.
I contacted Prorise Painting to freshen up the interior of my place and couldnt be happier with the results. I needed a company that I could rely on, is trustworthy and values their commitment to quality and this company embodies just that and much more. Joseph and his team were always readily available to answer any questions I had. This company is truly one of a kind and their customer service is exceptional. Considering that springtime is such a busy time of the year, I did not expect the job to be done so quickly following the initial contact with Joseph. Dina and Paolo completed the job with great care and precision. They were wonderful to have around and were very respectful.The team that Joseph leads and the values that this company possesses is truly a reflection of their commitment to quality workmanship. Joseph did an excellent job of explaining the details of what our project would entail. The work crew (Alvin's) was exceptional. They did a wonderful job, didn't leave a drop of paint anywhere, cleaned up everything, and were delightful to talk to as well. Having had to deal with many of the trades in the past, it was refreshing to have a group of people who worked hard, talked little, didn't swear, and didn't smoke. This company is the top of the heap! Oh yes - the paint colors that the designer helped pick are beautiful and we love the way our house looks!! I highly recommend this company.
Very good experience with prorise. Very comprehensive in their quote, on time, and very professional and quick. Paint job was very well done, cleaned up well, and overall very satisfied
Update: within 2 years the outside paint was coming off in huge chunks. By year #4 the house looks worse then when they painted it. I am now re-painting myself. Using prorise was the biggest waste of $5000 and I regret hiring them. In the end a nice guy, but job that did not hold up.Original Review,Just got the outside of our house painted. It is 72 years old with multiple layers of old oil and led based paint. It was flaking off in big chunks and we knew it would be difficult. Prorise was not the cheapest, more middle of the pack. But our biggest concern was doing the job right. Joseph, gave us that confidence and we went with his company. We are not disappointed, it was stubborn and paint continued to bubble. They tried several different primers and found one that worked. This saved us thousands of dollars as the alternative was to strip to the done. Highly recommend!!
