Excellent service. I was in a bind and they were able to come within a few hours to change my locks. Reasonably priced and super professional!
The staffs are jerks. I emailed and scheduled a door open. They replied and said no problem just need to give them a call when I am there. My building is just beside their company by the way. I call them around 4pm today. They didn't input my work order, and tried to charge me over time because only one hour left to their closing time. I can even walk from their door to my door in one minute and they have an hour. And the final word from them is too bad, so sad, not my problem.
West Coast is by far one of the most professional ,thorough and quick responding locksmiths around ,They have managed to save the day on two separate urgent occasions , where the competition wasn't able or all i got was an answering machine when calling .will definitely be giving them repeat business in the future.
Had an amazing experience with this company! They cut my car key for me and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service is great and they are super friendly. The new key didn't fit properly into the ignition but they were able to remedy it. They also gave me a card with the code for my key if I need to get another one cut. I have found a new place to get my keys cut.There is also ample parking in the back. I recommend going here as opposed to the other big box stores that offering key cutting.
Don't be fooled by their name, they have a storefront, too. I walked in and had a cylinder re-keyed in less than 10 minutes.
