Such a great experience!! Jin did such a good job taking the picture I brought in but making it better suited to my hair and face. Love my cut!!! And the assistant did a lovely job washing my hair too. Thank-you everyone!!
I visited this place yesterday for my pedicure and eyebrows threading. The girl who did my eyebrows was amazing, very satisfied with her services but I am very disappointed with the pedicure. Not satisfied at all. Worst experience for pedicure. The girl suggested my worst Color of nail paint and ever she has not applied the nail Color properly. I spoiled my 50 dollar.Worst experience for my pedicure.
Im not a hair person and Im not picky about hair. I like to try new salons all the time. However, I dont recommend this place at all. I have come here once for a blowout and once for a balayage treatment. The blowout was fine, nothing special. The balayage was subpar. It was too yellow on my dark hair, not to mention that the stylist fried my ends because she was using hot tools while my hair was still wet. A truly horrific experience for my otherwise nonchalant perspective on hair. The stylist also spent a considerable amount of time criticizing her manager and complaining about her hours. Not exactly the salon experience that I wanted. Granted, they could tell that I was unhappy and gave me a discount (which I still think was inadequate, particularly for the inexperience of the stylist). If youre looking for a hair salon on the Heights, try Pillars or La Scala Hair Spa. They are both phenomenal and have excellent customer service.
Lisi gave me a beautiful pedicure. Very friendly, made me feel comfortable. Reasonable prices. Definitely going back.
I am new in town and had seen ok reviews on this place. Normal prices, friendly staff.... However i will never go back... The nail tech Cindy B was very pushy and by pushy i mean.... i told her what i wanted done (wich was very specific because i was in a wedding and the bride wants our nail to look a certain way) and she keep tring to convince my to do something that see liked... All i asked her to do was draw a simple flower on my two ring fingers. When I politely told her no thank you; i want this style, she kept pushing..... Also two of my nails completely popped off later that day.... I was typing on my computer when it happened... i got my nail done for my besties wedding and now they are ruined. Its a complete waste of money to go there. I will not ever go back for any service they offer and i would not ever recommend this nail salon to anyone.
